Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hallyu Haven. We are thrilled to bring our love for BTS and K-pop to fans all over the world! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All of our products are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, our printing partners begin crafting your item specifically for you.
Processing time: Orders typically take 5-7 business days to be printed and packed.
Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Note: During high-volume periods (like new BTS album releases or the holidays), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We work with global fulfillment partners (including facilities in the USA, UK, and Europe) to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hallyu Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order and it is damaged or the print is incorrect, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a photo, and contact us immediately at ehigboryvonne@gmail.com. We will work with our printing partner to get a replacement sent to you right away!
6. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, e.t.c. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, please send us a message!
